What JobSprintly provides

JobSprintly is a career workspace: structured assessments, templates, prompts, checklists and trackers that help you organise a job search and the first months of a new role. It is a self-service tool. It does not provide legal, financial, immigration or professional career-counselling advice, it does not apply to jobs for you, and it does not guarantee an interview, an offer or employment. Hiring decisions are always the employer's.

Your account

You need an account to use the paid product. Keep your login details to yourself, use accurate information, and don't share your account with other people. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

Subscription, price and automatic renewal

Full access costs $59.99 per year. Payment is taken at purchase and the subscription renews automatically every 12 months at the then-current price until you cancel. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are. Renewal reminders and receipts are sent by Stripe, our payment provider.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from Account → Manage billing (the Stripe billing portal), or by email. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your access active until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting your account also cancels your subscription.

Refunds and statutory rights

Cancel renewal any time. Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal or another statutory right, that right is honoured — contact support and it will be handled.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw from a distance contract, and that right is not taken away by anything on the checkout screen. JobSprintly is a digital service that you can start using immediately; where the law allows it, the amount refunded may be reduced for the part of the service you have already used, and the right can lapse once the service has been fully performed at your request. If you would rather keep the full withdrawal period, simply wait before using the workspace. You can request withdrawal from your account page, or by email, and it will be handled in line with the law that applies to you.

Acceptable use

JobSprintly is for your own personal career use. Don't use it for mass-applying or auto-applying, scraping, reselling or sharing access, attacking or overloading the service, or inventing experience, qualifications or credentials you don't have. You are responsible for what you write and send to employers.

Your content

What you put into your workspace stays yours. You give permission only to store and process it so the product can work for you. It is not sold, and it is not sent to employers, recruiters or advertisers. See the privacy page for details.

Availability and changes

The service is offered as it is and as available. Features may be added, changed or removed as the product develops, and short interruptions for maintenance or provider issues can happen. If a significant paid feature is withdrawn permanently, you can cancel.

Suspension and termination

You can stop at any time by cancelling or deleting your account. Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are broken seriously or repeatedly, if payment fails, or if use of the service is unlawful or harmful. Where an account is ended without good reason on our side, any unused part of the paid period will be refunded.

Limitation of liability

JobSprintly is a low-cost self-service tool run by one person. To the extent the law allows, liability for indirect or consequential losses — including lost job opportunities, lost income, or lost data you have not kept a copy of — is excluded, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot legally be limited, and it does not affect mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swiss law, with the courts at the operator's place of residence in Switzerland having jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, the UK, or another country whose consumer law gives you mandatory protections, nothing here removes those protections or your right to bring a claim where you live.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. Material changes are reflected in the version number above, and continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. The version you accepted at purchase is recorded against your account.
